It is time to get back in shape. Total cliché, I know, but needs to be done. The book above is the workout(with my husband training me..god help us)I am currently doing. So far so good..I will keep you posted. And not that Beyonce needs my endorsement but check out the new album , great for the gym or a run:) I have a few more resolutions and will post them later this month. Next week Japan! Ok got to go...gym time!
